  I personally don't like their style of pizza. All of the toppings are added to the slices AFTER it's been cooked. Ever had raw canned mushrooms on your pizza? No? Try going to D & G then, maybe you'll enjoy it. It's a pretty popular place despite my personal opinion. They do have good crust and you can buy by the slice and pay per topping, which makes it affordable for a solo meal or snack. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT RAW/COLD TOPPINGS! (Things that require cooking like beef or sausage will be pre-cooked at some point and added to your pizza as a cold topping.) YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! All that being said, they are very unique compared to other pizza places, which helps them get a chunk of the market they may not otherwise acquire. (Quick edit to point out that no other reviewer mentions the cold toppings thing, they just say the pizza is amazing. If you don't believe me, call in and ask them personally, I'm sure they will be honest about their style. I'm pretty shocked that other customers don't even think it's worth mentioning. It's not a common practice and I'm certain many people weren't happy with the surprise.)

  I've been going here for over 40 years, now.It's almost as good as it used to be back in the day, but I wish they still marinated their mushrooms; like they used to.

  Best pizza in the area! My husband always makes me order it "well done" or twice baked so that the cheese is melted but I like it the regular way or well done!
